About
Jennovative was founded in 2014 by Jennifer Reed, an enterprise transformation leader who helps organizations move from strategic intent to practical execution.Jennifer has spent her career helping leaders bring structure to complex, cross-functional change. Her experience spans enterprise technology, ERP modernization, portfolio governance, process improvement, operational readiness, and change adoption across industries including hospitality, telecommunications, SaaS, fintech, finance, and enterprise operations. She is Prosci-certified, with additional focus on AI-enabled change and adoption.Her work has included leading stalled compliance and transformation initiatives, modernizing enterprise platforms, strengthening portfolio governance, and helping organizations recover momentum when priorities, systems, processes, and stakeholders are misaligned. Selected project experience includes PCI Level 2 and SOX compliance programs, Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud modernization, ServiceNow transformation, SaaS product and fintech platform delivery, enterprise portfolio governance, global ERP evaluation, process standardization, operational readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.She has supported organizations through high-stakes initiatives including a PCI Level 2 compliance turnaround after years of stalled progress, the first full Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation globally, a ServiceNow AI-enabled transformation, enterprise IT and facility sustainment portfolio governance for a major telecommunications provider, fintech SaaS platform delivery, and ERP/process improvements supporting multi-entity operations.She is especially effective in environments where the goal is clear, but the path forward is not — where priorities compete, decisions stall, teams interpret strategy differently, or transformation work has become fragmented.Jennovative exists to help close that gap.
